TCS offer counselling in the Staffordshire area: one-to-one, group work, family work, on-site training, and the unique field of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) & Equine Assisted Learning (EAL). We are also able to offer counsellors' Supervision and Equine Assisted Supervision.
We have a team of qualified, experienced counsellors offering a professional and confidential service available to children, young people and adults. The counsellors are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics, standards and framework for good practice.
Our counsellors have experience with all ages, working within Mainstream, E.B.D., Residential Units, Pupil Referral Units and Social Service Establishments.

WE ARE HIRING
We need a Sessional Counsellor who will provide time-limited, structured counselling sessions to clients in schools in Tamworth. This role includes delivering one-to-one counselling using evidence-informed approaches. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining accurate and confidential case notes, managing a sessional caseload. The Sessional Counsellor will liaise with school staff where appropriate, and support safeguarding processes in line with organisational policies. The role also involves adhering to BACP professional codes of ethics.
